Made appointments for my Great Dane and Boxer online, and they called to confirm the appointments. Although I ended up having to walk the Great Dane to the vet because he wasn't loading up, and when you're 187 lbs, you get to make that choice I guess.... I called to explain I'd be late and why and they were super accommodating. Both dogs loved the staff and the vet, excellent care of both were taken. Friendly, kind and efficient. The techs do an excellent job on nail trims! They are also friendly and seem to somehow make my dog somewhat at ease, which isn't easy to do. They're good at their job in my opinion.
Dr. Fruge was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain details to me and make sure I understood. He laid out options clearly, and I felt he held my pet's best interest. He was caring and gentle with her. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful.
We always have a pleasant experience when visiting and they offer affordable prices.
I have always had great experiences with this vet over the years (16 yrs). Through good and bad times with fur babies their attention, compassion and doing everything they can to make both myself and fur babies feel we are not a number. They have taken and still do, such great care of Macey! They are like family. Would highly recommend them.
