Loving Care Pet Hospital

I took my puppy here because reviews were so great and I do not regret it. They were so great with my sweet Hazel baby. Very patient and attentive! Highly recommend. My puppy had a great time even after vaccines and all the other unpleasant stuff. The staff was wonderful and they didn’t charge an arm and a leg!

Loving pet care saved our mini Aussies life. She had to have emergency surgery on a Saturday,. They even stayed after hours to care for our baby post surgery. We use them for our yearly dog exam's and they are always so polite. I would definitely recommend them, and a special thanks to the doctor and the staff for staying after to look after our Aussie.

This hospital was the closest to our home and had good reviews so naturally I decided to bring our newly adopted pet for the care she deserved. On their company hold message they have a statement that Loving Care Animal Hospital provides a free of charge first exam for adopted pets($49.00). When I advised them of this they stated that their office in particular does not provide this. I decided to look over this and schedule a follow up for our pet. Prior to leaving I was advised that I may go to Chewy and order the heartworm medication through them as I was very surprised about how high a price was charged for a single tablet ($33.40). Later on I went online and ordered the medication for Bella which needed to be approved by the vet and was close to 50% less of the price they were charging, however, they denied it and advised that Bella has to be seen every month or weighted by us but even so I could not get the 6 month supply as she will continue to grow. When I spoke to the office they were very rude and kept repeating that I may after Bella is fully grown get the medication via Chewy and made it seem as if I by my own initiative went on Chewy. They wasted my time and were very unprofessional when they #1 did not honor the free of charge first visit that was playing while I was on hold with them and #2 advised me as I made the payment for the visit and medication that I may for future months order on Chewy only to turn around and say that is not possible for my pet. Do yourself a favor shop around and call a few other vets before you overpay and get miscommunication. I did but unfortunately I had to have a bad experience with this Hospital before I called around and found a 30% cheaper care with even higher reviews score than this Hospital. This Hospital does not let you go in with your pet due to COVID, however, I was able to find another one that does let one parent go in so that you can actually witness the care your pet is getting or not getting. It always blows my mind how unprofessional certain care centers can be and this hospital even when I was trying to speak to them about their error would not acknowledge it and made it known to me that they did not care if I continued my pet's care with them or not.

The staff here is wonderful. My dad's 16 year old cat was nearing the end of his life, and they were so understanding and gentle with us all when they helped him pass peacefully.

Loving Care are able to get any of my 4 pets in at a moments notice if needed and answer any questions I may have concerning my pets. Always polite and professional
