Highly recommend!! Metro Florist sent a beautiful arrangement of fresh and vibrant flowers! I will definitely be using them again. Did I mention they do same day FREE delivery!?
They delivered wilted flowers with green dirty water, no bow, no ribbon. When I talked to the owner he immediately got an attitude with me. He raised his voice and then hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and rude. I can't believe they get any business at all. The town of Ferris and surrounding areas must be desperate to give them any business. Please don't waste your money.
I ordered through flowers.com; for my mother in laws flowers. We no longer live in Ferris. I called and tried to explain that the color of the flowers were not even the same as what I had ordered, he automatically got an attitude with me. I do not think I got my value of what I saw on that site. I wish they would had picked another store. I went on to say they were left outside without him calling me first to ask where to place them: he went on to have an attitude and raise his voice. I do not recommend this place at all. I am sure we all miss the original owners of BUNDLE OF LOVE!! Small town charm goes a LONG WAY!
