Took my new kitty here for a neuter operation. Organization and communication was definitely off. I was informed check in time was around 7am. I remember this because work for me begins at 8 am and I was mentioning to one of the workers that would be ok as I would be able to make it back home for work and pick my cat up during lunch. I get there in the am to be the only one on the premises. Luckily I had went ahead and took off for the day. I leave them a message to tell them I had been there, and to let me know when I need to drop my cat off for his appointment since they were not opening until 9 am. Never got a call from them. I come back at 9 am when they opened, and I am greeted by a worker only to be told that the doctor wanted to inform me I am late. I felt that was unprofessional on top of the fact that I got a callback from the receptionist about my message 2 hours after my cat was already in their care. My cat is fine. Took to the operation well. But I feel for the amount of money I paid, the service could have been better.
So thankful for the staff and veterinarians associated here. Unbelievably saved my Fancy after was runover by a car while pregnant. The surgeries, aftercare, and overall caring and compassion were above and beyond any I have ever experienced.nI changed Fancy The Firstborn to Fancy The Fierce! She rules!nThank you just sometimes doesn't quite cover it.
Although the reason I had to go to the community pet outreach was a sad one for me but I was happy to see that the staff here were professional, sympathetic, and caring. They tried their best to comfort and minimize the stress of my aging pet. I greatly appreciated their kindness.thank you.
Every one here is absolutely AMAZING. I can honestly tell that they love what they do. Anyone who wants the best care for their pet and excellent service and as a bonus get a great price on vet care should come here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Have been taking our pets here for many years. Even with the doctors rotating, all have taken great care of our pets. They are super patient and thorough.
