I initially really liked this vet and the services offered since my cat does not travel well. The first time the doctor saw my cat he was very sick and was able to figure a solution quickly. They checked up on him a few times after that. He was put on prescription food and the doctor approved his script immediately through an online service. I received notification yesterday that my prescription was expired and needed to be renewed. I called and requested the prescription to be renewed and they told me they were not going to renew his prescription because he needed to be seen in the office. I asked why I didn’t receive a phone call from them to let me know my cat needed to be seen in order to have the prescription renewed. They told me that the food service should have notified me the prescription was rejected. They then told me that it was the second time the prescription was rejected. I asked if I could set up an appointment and they told me they are not taking patients in the office and the mobile truck is in the shop so they are not going to do anything to help me. I was advised they will NOT be renewing his prescription and that I need to go to another vet if I want help. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service and care. I am very worried about my cat and now he is out of food and no one here tried to help me.
I had the best vet experience with my dog Gracee yesterday. Great service, informative, quick, practical service. Will definitely use them again. Thank you so much Dr Wes and Ginger.
I am very grateful for the folks at this clinic. I called them out of the blue because my dog had an abscess in her mouth and they gave me an appointment for the same day. They worked me in within 10 minutes of my arrival, gave meds and what i needed to do for follow up and i was out within 45 mins. I recommend them highly!!!
Let me tell you Dr. Agler is one of the best vets. in DFW. His experience, knowledge and caring nature is above excellent. He is a truthful vet and whatever he tells you about your pet you can take it to the bank. I've been dealing with him for years.
Dr. Agler has taken care of my pets for 30 years. He and his staff are kind and attentive and love animals. My dogs especially love him. It is wonderful and so convenient to have him show up to my house, in his mobile Vet Clinic and I can take the dogs out, one at a time, for check ups. They always call and follow up on any pets that have been sick or had surgery. I really appreciate Dr. Agler and his fantastic team!
