Urban Animal

Since the week they opened, I've been taking my two large mixed-breed rescues to Urban Animal. Contrary to the setup, the staff are warm, inviting, down to earth, and knowledgeable. Their prices are more affordable than my former vet - no frills, no hidden fees- making it less of a decision as to whether to go to the vet for what might be a small thing. The vets and techs are kind and forthright about my dogs' needs. When we're there, I feel like they are truly taking good care of the dogs - and me!

Urban Animal White Center is amazing! We just moved to West Seattle so we wanted to find a vet closer to our new home for our two doxie mix boys. Jenna and Kailey were super helpful. They have this COVID thing down, too with curbside service. They set the boys at ease and they trotted right along with the Tech. We got a great yearly exam and overall exam. They were also really nice about getting medications from wherever is most convenient for us. I felt like they really cared about our pups and that they were looking out for our best interests as well. I am so happy we found a friendly, inclusive and amazing new vet. I highly recommend Urban Animal White Center (and I'm sure their people are great at all their locations!).

Very impressed with Urban Animal in White Center after our first experience with them. Our primary vet was booked but our cat had an abscess we felt needed immediate attention. I called in the morning and was able to come in that afternoon. They were even able to do the procedure the same day, which minimized our cat's discomfort. She is recovering wonderfully and we will not hesitate to use this vet as our backup option in the future, as they did a great job and were friendly and helpful in every way.

Extremely efficient, kind and friendly staff. I’ve been trying to book a wellness exam since moving to West Seattle at the start of quarantine. All of the other vets in the area were not accepting new patients and I was finally able to get an appointment here a month out. The drive up process was well organized and fast. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and warm. I really appreciated her understanding of oddball rescue dogs and she gave me some great tips and trainer recommendations for my pups anxiety. While I felt like a neurotic helicopter parent, she was very patient. She really listened and gave great feedback when going through all my concerns, like diet associated DCM. Will return.

Very happy with the care my elderly cat gets here. I was really excited when they opened this location as it is close to my house and makes getting their easy, my cat doesn't do well in the car so this has really reduced her stress. Everyone is very nice that I have worked with, I feel confident in their diagnosis and recommendations.
