The team made this experience a positive one. Communicating before the appointment, during and after. All of my questions were answered in detail and I felt very supported and prepared for future treatments for my 13 years cat. Test results were reported to me very timely and explained in full. I can tell they really care about my pet and that’s the best feeling!
These people are amazing. Not only did they take good care of my sick kitty they communicated with me so I knew what was happening. I found them to be very caring and I highly recommend them
This has been my dog's doctor since I've had her. The vet is so nice, and everyone that works there is too. You can tell that they really love their patients. One thing I really like is that when it's time to update their shots,etc. they send a postcard telling what the pet needs on one side and on the other is a picture of your pet! It's really neat!!!
The staff at Normandy Animal Hospital are always responsive to any concerns or needs we might have with our animals. It's nice to go to a place where they recognize you and call you and your pet by name. Although Dr. Serratore has just retired, I am hearing good things about Dr. Delinko (not sure of spelling!) The support staff have always been so knowledgeable and compassionate, and the first to offer any needed encouragement or reassurances. Whitney is fantastic, as are Beth, Lily and the rest! We will miss Dr. Serratore, but look forward to a continued, smooth relationship with everyone.
Always a pleasure to see everyone at Normandy Animal Hospital. They always take such good care of our animals. I received a phone call from the doctor when my dogs labs were back. It is comforting to talk to the doctor for reassurance about my beloved pet.
