I took my dog to ACC yesterday for the first time. I was very pleased with the staff and Dr. Grand. Dr. Grand was so very thorough and she listened to what I had to say/ask. If anyone asks me for a vet referral, it will definitely be Dr. Grand at ACC.
I’ve run into some God-complexes. But these people take the cake. I am sorry that you are not people doctors, but lording over your patients and discrediting needs says nothing for your education level. All the while teaching your technicians to rebuff others with some sort of ignorant facade. NOT impressed. Learn behavioral dog medicine and get comfortable with your practice as an animal doctor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE if you have behavioral needs.
Our dogs love Dr. Grand and her entire staff. Everyone is very accommodating and they really care about our pets. Kiki loves Lola BEST!
The entire staff is really caring. I love Dr. Grand's mix of Western and Eastern medicine - not easy to find!
We've tried a few vets in the area, and this is my favorite. They listen to the pet owners, and take great care of the pets. Boarding at excellent prices, with a fun yard for the dogs.nnI brought in my dog who had been suffering from multiple parasites for weeks, other vets hadn't properly treated him and he'd lost a lot of weight. They got him healthy for me, and have taken great care of him.
