Went here when my 1 year old German Shepherd became lethargic and stopped eating. Despite being a new patient they were able to get me into the office the next day. Dr.Kit and her vet technicians were great and super helpful! She did all the necessary tests to eliminate any serious problems and gave him lots of fluids. She was even able to get me in the morning after to continue testing. He started feeling better over the weekend and now is back to normal thanks to all they did!nnGreat vet and great experience! Stonebridge Family Vet in Mckinney is the BEST! Dr Kit is extremely knowledgeable and caring, but what stands out most about this entire crew is their invaluable communication. The entire TEAM has amazing communication. They also have a great strategy in place for social distancing and limiting exposure of Covid 19 and other germs. If you have to wait a little longer here, it's because they are so amazing and really take the time to explain things to each and every dog's human.
Overcharge for EVERY service. The vets are nice and knowledgeable enough but the fact that they were going to charge me $1000 for the same procedure multiple other vets are doing for $300.... not okay. Beware and educate yourself. Call other vets and make sure they aren’t robbing you blind. My services will be going elsewhere
We are so amazed at the level of care, kindness, and communication from everyone at Stonebridge Family Vet! We initially took our dog to another practice but didn't feel comfortable so did some searching and we are so grateful we found this place! 10/10 highly recommend!
Everyone was very friendly and professional. I wasn't sure what to expect as they are offering curbside service at this time. They walked me through the process and came out to pick up my cat. The Vet came out after she inspected my cat and informed me of the results. They provided me with options and gave me the cost based on the options I selected. Once done they brought my cat back out and we were on our way home. I will definitely go back for future checkups or other treatment.
