Dr. Shelton is a wonderful, patient, and thorough doctor with a plethora of knowledge. He has great bedside manner and is honest with any information and/or recommendations. We used to live in McKinney, but moved an hour away. Even though Dr. Shelton is over an hour drive away, we make the drive to see him and his awesome staff. Of course, I wish I was allowed in the room when doctor was with my dog. However, I know the restrictions are due to Covid-19 safety protocols, and those customer preferences are out of 380 West Animal Hospital's control. Otherwise, the doctors & techs were great. I highly recommend 380 West Animal Hospital!
We love Dr. Means and Dr. Shelton, as well as all of the techs! We are on our 2nd and 3rd dogs as patients and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are so kind and thorough even gently helping us say goodbye to our beloved lab. My extended family even takes all of their dogs to 380. I'd give them 6 stars if possible!
Dr Shelton is one of a kind. He’s the best vet that we have ever used. He is kind, compassionate, and definitely puts the animals first! The whole staff is awesome.nHighly recommend!
My pet recently underwent surgery and was back to normal very quickly. After his surgery, I was given a very detailed list of the steps and procedures for his recovery. It helped me stay informed. I’ve taken both of my dogs here for a long time and I’ve never encountered anything that was abnormal or went wrong.
