Amazing! They have helped so much with our Family Beagles. I appreciate Dr. Sargent & his wonderful staff. Our dogs our are family, & it's comforting to know when you you have a sick or hurt animal there cared, loved & taken care of. That is a blessing.

They took such good care of Jackson.. He had surgery on Monday and on Tuesday he was up and around with no complications from his oral surgery..No swelling and he is such a happy boy now... I am giving this place 5 stars and of course I would give them 20 stars if I could... Super reasonably priced as well.. Thank you For taking care of my fur baby...I will be back...

Best decision I ever made was to go anywhere but prosper pet clinic. It's a wonder we made it out in one piece. They treated my cat as a guinea pig and try overselling products. I had to bring my cat in as an emergency and after side effects from the latest fad treatment, and kids in the lobby were trying kicking my cat's cage around like a soccer ball- the kid's mom, the vet, and other staff acted like I had the problem for wanting the kids to stop or to be put in an empty room (one was available) to escape the kids. We immediately left, and I told my cat we were never coming back and she just started purring and kissing me, as if to thank me. We quickly found a wonderful vet and this clinic flat out would not send my cat's years of records, lab work, and x-rays.nnThe vet put my cat on controlled substances and then told me to let her go- over five years ago! My girl is surviving and thriving still at age 19 so the vet does not know what he's talking about. I'm sure the vet board would have a problem with what all I reported. The receptionist is stuck up for no reason and it's clear why she can't get work elsewhere. All the five star reviews are friends or people that haven't left prosper to see what a great veterinarian is like!nnIf you love your pet and want the longest and best life, avoid the prosper pet clinic at all costs. Btw, what an original name for a biz, lol.
