We've been going to Babcock Hills for over 4 years. Simply put, it is the best veterinarian clinic that we have ever used. The staff is amazing and always treat our pets as if they were their own. Cant recommend them highly enough!
I have had a few very bad experiences at other vet offices. This office by far has exceeded all of my expectations with the level of care for my new puppy! Everyone is extremely nice and easy to talk to. The whole process was so wonderful. I definitely recommend Babcock Hills Vet Hospital for all of your fur babies!
I absolutely, positively could not recommend Babcock Hills more. My pets and I are always treated like family. I have never had a bad experience, never. My treatment options are always clearly laid out and fully explained along with costs. Furthermore, the veterinarians actually listen to you and your thoughts. I have never been made to feel “silly” for bringing in research I’ve found. We have Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, some say this breed is delicate, and the veterinarians know about the health concerns of this breed which was so comforting.nnIf you claim to have had a bad experience with Babcock Hills I would ask you to please reevaluate the circumstances.nnBONUS, they are AAHA accredited. This is hard to get and hard to maintain. They are also a certified cat friendly practice.nnI truly believe you will not find a better animal hospital.
I brought my new puppy to this clinic because of how long they have been serving the community and I loved that it's very family oriented and owned! We've had one visit for my puppy's first check-up and it was so well organized! Since the virus is spreading increasingly again, I'm happy that they have a drive through service. Everyone is very friendly and informative (even at the end of their shift). The vet called while we waited in our car and gave us his update on our puppy and explained what they did and the whole experience there. Can't wait to see the inside once things get better, but I trust from my experience with them that they have my puppy's best interest. I look forward to taking my precious baby to them for as long as we live in San Antonio!
Dr. Aldridge is the best! I love that I’ve been able to call to ask a quick question about my kitties. Even when we have an appointment I love that she genuinely helps with any questions or concerns I have. She has such a great attitude and the staff is very friendly and helpful as well! And I love they way they treat my babies!
