I had two dogs scheduled the week of the snow storm to get spayed as I believed they were pregnant and wanted to catch it early on before any development happened. Due to the storm they cancelled all appointments which is understandable. They sent me an email asking for my patients and that they would call me back as soon as they could to reschedule me. I waited patiently but never received a phone call. It’s been a week and a half now so I decided to call them. I let her know nobody reached out to me. Her response was, I assure you we reached out and we would have left a voicemail. Again I iterated that nobody reached out and she said I’d have to just wait for the new schedule to be released and try to rebook them because they reached out to everybody who needed to be rescheduled already. I ended up hanging up because she wasn’t believing that they made a mistake and instead of taking care of and fixing the issue, her response was pretty much oh well. I had been taking my animals here for years and referring to this place for many people. Never again.

The staff and vets are always pleasant and professional. I know I can trust them with my pets. I recommend getting your pets vaccinated and spayed/neutered here because the prices are very reasonable. They also make it very easy to schedule appointments online.

I've brought four stray animals here so far, 2 cats and 2 dogs, and every single time I've been here, every employee has been so caring, patient, thorough, and friendly. I have never seen a business with this many genuine people. It makes me so happy and confident in this practice

All the staff are very dedicated and very friendly. I always save my old towels to donate. Best place to spay/neuter your dogs and cats.
