I ordered a bouquet for my mother's birthday, they were delivered on time and beautiful. It was a beautiful, big arrangement. Although it was different from the picture, the colors were consistent. A lot of times, florists make the arrangements with their current inventory and may not be exactly as pictured, but it was perfect. Thank you!
Lulus handled and out of state order from my parents in NC. The flowers I received for mothers day were awful the Rose's were wilted and only lasted 3 days. The arrangement looked like it was just thrown together. Very disappointed with their work. On the plus side the delivery driver was very nice and pleasant

My mom ordered from a large chain called Ava’s Flowers who contracted her order out to Lulu’s. She wanted a plant no flowers with orange and blue ribbon for her nephew’s funeral. Her budget was $70. When we got to the funeral home we looked all over for the plant that she ordered and found it on a small holder. We couldn’t believe that such a small pathetic plant with a WHITE ribbon was what they sent. My mom learned a valuable lesson. Don’t use large phone-in centers to order flowers/plants.
