The product it’s great, but I received a call saying that the person delivering couldn’t get to the third floor of an apartment. The surprise wasn’t the same because the person receiving my gift had to look out for the person with the gift. It was very important for me that this delivery had to be the way it’s supposed to be and it wasn’t. I am very disappointed.
I ordered my friend a birthday arrangement and it was delivered on time and looked just as beautiful as the picture on the website. She said that it was delicious! I will definitely be using them in the future.
Worst service ever! Don’t waste your money!
