Andy is of no relation to me but he becomes a family member of each client with his character, compassion and integrity displayed while working with families at such a difficult time. My mother in law passed in NC and we were in Florida unable to leave for several days but Andy took care of everything with just a phone call and a few emails. Every step of the process they far exceeded our expectations. Once we were in NC, Andy made himself available whenever we needed. My wife had to meet with him without me one time, and like a true gentleman, he walked her to the car. We've dealt with several other funeral homes in the area over the years, but none compare to CSW.
Andy and Laurie at Clancy Strickland Wheeler Funeral Home were so helpful and compassionate during this difficult time of losing my mother in law. They showed such patience and genuine caring as they walked us through every step of planning. We will truly always be grateful for their help and we definitely recommend them.
