Really appreciate that they sent another bouquet after the first one was not as expected. Second arrangement was gorgeous! Unfortunately the didn’t even last a full week despite frequent water changes and food.

I called Distinctive Designs last evening right at closing and spoke to Valerie talking about what I wanted. She offered to call me in the morning when the truck came in and she knew what they would be receiving. First thing this morning Valerie called and then texted me pictures of the orchids that came in. She also texted me pictures of the vases and greens that could be used. After I ordered and before delivering she sent me a picture of the arrangement. Not only was it beautiful but the customer service was friendly, professional and caring. Absolutely top notch. Thank you so very much, greatly appreciated. Will most definitely recommend!

Terrible service. Showed up a day late after paying for on-time guaranteed delivery. Never contacted to say sorry it's going to be late.. Received it 5:30 the next day, 30 minutes before they would refund all his money. Only giving a 20% off and refund for the extra he paid.
