Alicia, Heather and Dr Connie were all fantastic on my first visit with my two Golden boys. Very through and took there time. Explained everything and the cost was very reasonable. My neighbors takes there dogs there and they referred us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
We are new to the area and our pup was sick. They worked with us to see her right away. They even followed up with a call the next day to check on her. Great pupstomer service!
Though this vet office is reputable for generalized care, they may miss signs / symptoms of a larger issue as they did with my cat. Cat had chicken allergy and even on Pro Vet food, months later still had swollen belly, inflamed ears, and itchy skin, they failed to realize the Pro Vet food they prescribed still had chicken as an ingredient. Had discussed with the vet tech this concern as the symptoms lightened but had not gone away. Finally, after taking to a Feline Only vet in Raleigh, did it come to light on the very first visit.
Great experience with Neuse River, very friendly and efficient. Exceptional service.
Extremely friendly staff!! Vet was very caring!!! I highly recommend them!!
