My grandma took my puppy in to get groomed today. Awful service & poor quality. We asked for a good clean up cut, not to look funny, and not buzzed. What do you know? She’s gets buzzed and looks awful. What is my grandma told when she asks what happened? “Your dog isn’t good at standing still when she’s getting cut.” She is only 9 months old and has been groomed 2 times prior to this with no issues what so ever. One of the two I watched myself. Now my pup looks funny and is practically shaved down to the skin. Thanks for wasting my money.
This is a wonderful hospital who has staff that really loves your pet and truly wants what's best for you and your furry friend. They listen to you and make sure to go over everything with you.
