We love Banfield Pet Hospital! They have the best doctors, vet techs, and support staff who really treat your pets like their own. We love how caring they are and patient with your questions and concerns. We've been with them for 4 years and recommend them to anyone looking for a vet office!

They only charge money, without proper professional care. We booked a visit only because our regular vet was busy. We called to several different offices and all were fully booked, so we decided to try the first one available. Now I understand why it was available. Whenever they have a problem and cannot help you, they just hang up the phone. My advice is to stay away to save your money and patience.

Amanda is the rudest front desk person ever. She wouldn’t let me speak with a supervisor or a vet. She claimed she was supervisor and holds all the power. Meanwhile they won’t take my dog because he needs a rabies vaccine ...: catch 22.... the rabies vaccine was done at their Clinic.

We always get great care for our dogs at all Banfield locations. They are taking the pandemic seriously. You call when you arrive and they meet you with mask on. Get pertinent information. You only go inside right now if absolutely necessary. They are trying to protect everyone while caring for your pet

I decided to give this Banfield location a try since it was close to my work. I should have read the 1 star reviews since I felt all the same issues by only speaking to Dr Quan for 5 mins. 4 employees pushed moving my 30min comprehensive exam to 4hr drop off due to the number of exams. I then found out they did 43 test compared to the 7 tests Landing did during my pets last comprehensive exam. Dr Quan only cares about making money and pushing unnecessary drugs and things that will drive up her visit expenses. She does not seem to care for her patients but more about how to make her job easier with more patients to bring in money. Please read the other 1 star reviews and take them into consideration before sending you pet here, i wish i had.
