Cutchins Funeral Home has been trusted with the care of my family and extended family for generations. Regrettably, the most recent experience with my beloved mother has not been in keeping with the expected and/or previous standards. When initially contacted, there was bit of a lack of sensitivity to our emotional state in that there was too much discussion about a possible change in tbe date because Joe was out of state. THREE MONTHS later, we are waiting for mother's death certificate, due to the funeral director's error that was simple and easy to immediately correct. We are and will be grieving for quite sometimes,. Therefore, it would be very helpful to be done with the necessary business associated with her passing.

The Cutchins Family Mortuary & Cremation Service is awesome. They served our family when my Uncle passed. Their level of Professionalism was outstanding!

Because of a clerical error on their part, more than 3 months later we don't have a valid death certificate for my grandmother even though the business was paid in full at the time of service. My family has used them for generations but it seems the customer service is very different now. I could not in good concious recommend Cutchins any longer as my family is still not getting anyhere trying to resolve this. Grief is hard enough without undue stressors.
