Our one year old doodle is very full of life and love. She has never met a person she doesn’t melt over, and just wants to be loved on and give love. When her eyes started having green discharge, and getting worse, I knew I had to take her in. We live ini Everett and all of our closest animal hospitals were at capacity. I called Aerowood hoping I could get her in, she didn’t even want to open her eyes.nThe staff got her in, and assessed her condition and a course of treatment. When Dr. Breaker called me to go over some details, I could hear the smile in her voice as she asked if I had any ideas on what would work best for my dog to get a specific procedure done. I laughed, knowing my dog can be a complete goofball. Dr. Breaker then said how my dog “vibrates with the frequency of the entire universe.”nIt was the sweetest moment, when someone else was able to see my big old loving doodle the same way I do. My girl knows over 20 commands and tricks, but no matter how much devoted training time we do, whenever she sees a new person, her critical thinking goes out the window. It’s all love and happiness, so I’m thankful for the staff at Aerowood for taking in my little ball of love and getting her helped quickly.

Do not come here if you are experiencing an emergency.nnThis afternoon my pet started vomiting blood.nnAfter calling my normal vet I was advised to go to the emergency vet, this one was the closes to us and based on the google reviews it looked okay.nnThis is not the case.nnI called and was told the after hours care begins at 6pm, I was given what I thought was good advice regarding efficient check-in etc...nnWe arrived at 5:45pm. Two other vehicles were in the parking lot.nAt 6pm I called to be “placed on the board” and was told to call back as they were changing staff.nnAlmost two hours later my pet was finally taken in.nnSoon after taken in, the doctor calls and explains they don’t have the technician they need to run the equipment they need to do an endoscopy for the pet.... (so when I called hours before and explained the blood-vomiting-emergency... waited in the parking lot for hours... etc... not one person even considered they were not equipped to deal with this emergency.)nnOver four hours later my pet was discharged and I was advised to go somewhere else for an endoscopy.nnEvery person I spoke to simply gave me an attitude and rolled their eyes and said “this is an emergency vet we are moving as fast as we can” as I sat in the parking lot for literal hours with my pet vomiting blood.nnI wish I would have driving the five extra minutes and gone to the vet that had more reviews and higher reviews.nnI’m not even going to go into the COVID safety measures.nnI’m sorry to write this.nnI do hope it helps improve the overall staff life and experience because this level of chaos is not acceptable for a medical emergency.

There was NO doctor here! A Korean nurse claimed he’s the doctor n gave my 2 months old puppy some drugs just to keep her asleep. No other treatments or medications were given! My puppy is worse than before the visit. They billed me $800+ for doing nothing n make my puppy more sick. What a lousy clinic with unprofessional services. Never coming here again. They will definitely hear from my lawyer!!!

Took my dog here after suspected abuse and the staff were very understanding and compassionate. Thank you!

My puppy had a fever last night n I took her to this animal hospital because it was closed to midnight. Boy, what an regret! The doc kept pushing me to leave my puppy for overnight. I didn’t found out until later that this doc is just a nurse. He’s no veterinarian! After I refused to let my puppy stay overnight, he hit me with a bill of $900+ for doing nothing. I was able to talk him into cutting my in half since no overnight stay. What a rip off!! I have to take my sick puppy to another professional vet today. Beware, everyone! Don’t trust this hospital with your furry friends!!
