They were able to help out our puppy pretty much right away with very little wait. They were very kind and listened to our concerns and took really good care of our boy. All the ladies I talked to through the process showed real interest and made us feel like we came to the right place. We will definitely return if we need to, but hopefully we won't need to lol

Friendly staff. Have been going here since we got our pup.nnPrice is high. And sometimes I am not sure if the recommended treatment was all necessary. Once we had an accident when our dog ingested something and then vomited. When we brought her to the vet most of the stuff was out of her system. We were still recommended to have her stay in the clinic for a few days and about $2000 later we were told that she recovered and is fine. For peace of mind and not much actual treatment the price tag seems to be steep.nnAnother regular check up a few years later ended up to about $1000 because a set of recommended tests. TBH I am starting to question the necessity for many of these.

If you love your pets, please never ever bring them to this place! They might be qualified to make vaccinations and treat diarrhea but that’s it, seriously! We’ve made huge mistake bringing our cat there but it was an emergency (kidney related) and Aerowood is open 24/7 and just a short drive from home. 2 days and $2k later they suggested euthanasia. Just to mention they didn’t figure out what caused kidney failure, and didn’t offer any treatment except for IV fluids that didn’t help but only made things worse.nWhen we said we want second opinion and going to transfer our cat to another hospital they were not happy. We literally had to beg them to make a call to Seattle Veterinary Specialists because “doctor” was too busy to spend 10 minutes making transfer call (his words not mine). Probably very busy trying to convince other owners to put their pets to sleep.nnSeattle Veterinary Specialists started her on antibiotics right away (after Doctor, real professional doctor) did exam and reviewed her medical records.n24 hours in SVS and our cat feels much better with significant improvements in her kidney values. On the 2nd day her values back to normal (!!!) and she was sent home for further treatment and recovery.nnAerowood wanted to put my cat to sleep! I’ll never forgive or forget that! And will tell everyone I know, and post review at every resource. Pet owners should know this! Never trust your loved ones to these “people”!

This place was our peace in the middle of a storm. Our little precious pup broke his elbow during the weekend and we had a horrific experience at one place and decided to take him there for some guidance the next day. The receptionist (I wish I knew her name ud83dude2d) was wonderful, attentive, willing to answer all our questions. The place had a high volume of people and even in the middle of that she pulled out a vet to look at our puppy’s x-ray and came 20 minutes later to let us know we needed to look for a specialist and they wouldn’t be able to help us. They’re so ethical and they really seem to love animals. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
