I was very pleased with the customer service. Every person I came in contact with was kind, courtesy and informing. The Veterinarian was so awesome & caring!!nnWhat I really appreciate is I've had my baby Sherman (14) since he was 8 - 10 weeks old. He has never had a health issue, so when Sherman got sick I was very concerned and worry. Very disappointed with the way they treated my dog at this location it was extremely unacceptable and unprofessional. My dog has NEVER had any veterinary issues at ANY location BUT THIS ONE!!!! They claim my dog “is untrained” even though he never has any issues. I feel they did something traumatizing to my pet and he doesn't like this location. They dont want to admit it and put the blame on me as a trainer when in reality my dog is a good dog. Other banfield locations they love him but here hes such a menace... ud83eudd14 learn how to work with a breed or dont work in a vet point blank period.
They curbside service was amazing. They checked me and my pets in over the phone, came to get the pets from the car, called me when they were ready and brought them back over to my car!nThey were very polite over the phone and answered all of my questions!
They are genuine in caring for your fur baby they way you would expect.
Always great service, nice professional staff. Took really good care of my furbaby
