The quality of care you receive from the minute your phone call is answered is top notch. Everyone from admin staff to vet tech, groomers and Dr. Dale, truly care about your animals. They all go out of their way to give quality care to the animals they see. We have been seeing Dr. Dale for over 10 years now and I absolutely wouldn’t go any where else. I have vets that are closer and cheaper but as with anything, you get what you pay for. I’m not ever seen late, forced to sit in my car and have my animal go in without me, treated as an invoice or talked down to as I have with other vets (I foster for a rescue and have to take those dogs elsewhere). Absolutely would recommend Riverbark Ramsey!
Took my cat there this morning. Dr. Brown was very patient and answered any questions or concerns I had. The Vet Assistant was very helpful as well. Also, the staff at the front had excellent customer service. I didn’t break the bank and was able to get my cat the care she needed. Highly recommend.
one of the best veterinarians I have used. we had to put our family pet down. They were very professional and caring about our situation. the prices are reasonable. they gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. we are very grateful for there service.
So impressed with Dr. Brown. He saved my kitties life. The staff is also awesome. They answer when u call and are happy to get u an update on ur pet. I would recommend Dr Brown to all!!
Have always shown great care for our dogs, we also had a litter and our pups received all their shots and deworming as well as tail docking through this office. The staff always make you feel warm and welcome and help suggest times that are less busy to bring your pet through for more routine procedures.nnDr. Dale is fantastic and has a good relationship with his patients (the animals and owners). Other vets will grab up your pup or animal and he introduces himself to them before any type of examination causing less stress to the animal. They were always open to answering any questions or concerns.
