They did a great job! They took my cat in and called me before they took any further steps with his care. The vet thoroughly explained everything to me in terms I understood. I got to take him home the same night. If your animal is needed to be seen quickly I would recommend this place. I waited about 10 minutes for them to take him inside and about an hour for the exam and everything else they did. Would recommend.
Had to take my dog because he just wasn’t doing right. The team was outstanding. Reception got my information and remembered who I was since I called ahead to let them know I was coming. It was also clear that if anything more critical than my pup showed they would need to deal with the other patient first. It’s an ER after all.nnTechnicians and Doctor took my concerns very seriously and recommended some testing to see what was going on.nnI am very thankful to the entire time and would use their service again should they need arise.
Simply called because I need a dewclaw wiggled loose from my small dog. Up front price is $100 and they make up a story that in the event that there's any more ongoing treatment needed to add to the potential cost. This is a normal thing for dogs and I have been through this many times. This covid needs to stop and these vets meet to stop up charging. It needs to be cut or plucked. That is all!
Doctors here are wonderful... most (not all) of the techs here however are very rude and not empathetic at all. I only go here when I have no other choice.
I took my little guy there a week ago on Friday. He was suffering from a protein issue. I was really tore up about it. He had been sick for a couple of weeks. When I took him there he had just had a seizure and I didn't know what to do. Obviously there didn't either the only thing they wanted to do is charge me 312.00 dollars to tell me what I already knew about his condition and tell me that he should be put down at a cost of 275.00. Here it is a week later my little guy is alive and kicking and gaining his weight back. ThThe only thing
