This is by far the best place to take your pets for care that you will ever come across. Lorraine Geiger took THE BEST care of my beautiful German shepherd. She makes sure to create bonds with owners, and their pets right off the bat. She is someone who you can talk to for hours on end! She loves your pets as if they are her own. AND she takes care of them as if they are her own!!! I recently had to move states, and I am not joking when I tell you that I cried because I wouldn’t be able to take my dog to them anymore. I was even debating driving the 10 hours — there and back — each visit so I wouldn’t have to lose Geiger or Jennifer (who is also just as freaking wonderful as Geiger). They have been like family to my dog and I.
I recently had a family member put down here. I say family member because he was a cat that we have had for 12+ years. They charge 200-400 for any kind of cremation services which i feel is a bit steep. Ive heard of several vets in the area creating clay paw prints of the animals as a reminder. We left with nothing to remember him by and I am truly heart broken.
My thoughts on this establishment have completely changed. They do not keep complete records. I'm moving my animals to a different location
The staff and management here are absolutely awful. They have no respect or empathy for something as tragic as having to put a family member down. They are more concerned with making money than they are will allowing families even just a few moments with their pet as they are put down. Instead they hurry you off and demand payment in that very moment while your pet passes away all alone. Absolutely unbelievable. I would give zero stars if I could.
You can feel the love and care from the moment you step in... Or call in, considering the Covid related restriction.nnI'll definitely be back for all my babies care!
