Excellent Staff
I had a very bad experience. My cat Oreo Page was being treated for rodent ulcer at their clinic. We were going on vacation and left her in their boarding facility next to the vet clinic instead of with family so she could get her meds. This was about 2012. When we picked her up she was missing a nail. They acted like it was nothing. 2 weeks later she was back to their office because she was acting lethargic. My cat died at their facility. No reason, or answers from them. We donated her body to science hoping they could give us some insight to her death. They GAVE US NOTHING BUT A LARGE VET BILL and GRIEF.
Extraordinary care given to B during and after his surgery. Couldn't ask for better vet care. My biggest complaint is the wait time. They always seem to be running behind no matter what time of day it is. Always. I know they are busy but appointment times seem to be irrelevant. Our last recheck we waited 40 minutes past our appointment time before being checked in. I believe they provide great care to the animals but I wish they wouldn't over book.
I had to have my dog put down here. They were so thoughtful. Sent a felt heart with flower seeds in it to plant to remember our pet.
We absolutely love Healthy Petz!!!! They have always taken very good care of our pets!!
