Funeral and Cremation Care - Bellevue

After my husband passed away in a nursing home i wasn't sure who to contact. Providence hospice have worked with them and since it was late I told them to go ahead and let funeral and cremation care take care of him. Then I looked at reviews I was so worried that what I read would happen. I was so pleased with how the director explained what the process is and asked any questions my family and I had. We got everything we ordered at a affordable price. Day of viewing staff Alyssa was so kind, and helpful Room was nice, my husband was dressed in clothes I provided although I was very emotional when I saw him. he looked to be expected. She also said cremation would take a day or two. She said there a coin that has numbers that they know whom the body goes with thats placed on the body when being cremated and later tied on the bag and place in the urn. Yes I seen the coin. I called about 3 days later he was done and ready to be picked up. Made an appointment. staff was nice he explained took copy of my driver's license and I signed a release paper. Thank you all so very much. I highly recommend this place.

Step 1: rice or veggie (FOB Rice is infused with green tea and coconut)

Everything started off just fine, but two months later, were continuing to have awful communication and a terrible experience with this funeral home. They work with providence, so I trusted them to have their stuff together. And the director is a nice guy, but absolutely doesn’t communicate well and everything has been stressful and a mess. We are down to the wire with everything. And I'm so upset by this place and nothing to fix it. Awful. They might be cheap. But go elsewhere.nnIf you're a funeral home or director, my expectation is that you know how to handle the death of other's loved ones flawlessly. If you can't fix a problem or offer a resolve, you need to get out of the business. Apologize when you screw up and FIX the problem.nnExtremely passive aggressive. Awful experience.

So far the funeral director put the wrong date on the death certificate. He had to fill out more paperwork the correct his screw up and now I'm being told they were mailed last Wednesday. That is eight days from Olympia to Federal Way. My first guess is the guy put the wrong address on as well.

Was promised my step mom's ashes several days ago. Called repeatedly to try and obtain them. Kept being promised they would come the next day. Did finally receive them, but a very frustrating experience. Would not recommend.
