This animal hospital is top notch. They are so friendly and take such good care of our pets! I'd give them 6 stars if I could! I even buy our cats food from them, just because they are so wonderful!! You cannot go wrong taking yours to them, either! They are very careful and precise and know just what to do with our babies.
We've been taking our dogs here for years. We had one with cancer put down two years ago and they were very compassionate with us and the lab. We highly recommend them.
Take care of our girl verry nice! They love their patients!
I had an appointment at 4PM for 3 shots. I waited outside in the hot sun for 30nMinutes. I called 3 times and finally was told to come back in 30 minutes. I came back in 30 minutes and called again. Placed in hold 3 minutes. Called back and was told they are putting in charges at 5:10. There is no communication from facility to pet owner. The excuse was “we have been very busy today”. I told the technician I wanted rabies, distemper, and parvovirus. They have influenza to him without my person. Anna, the office manager, started yelling at me, threatening me, and told me should would place my balance in collections. I am very disappointed in the way in which I was treated today after I have been a customer for many years.
