Greeted when entering was really nice, also helped me try to locate what I was looking for, including looking it up.nThey were sold out of it but did sell me a different kind at a discounted price ( a little more money than sale price) but well worth it!nSuch friendly and helpful people that truly go out of their way to help were and how they can and Never made me feel like a bother.nFederal Way Petsmart is really Amazing to their customers!!nThank you for being there for us!!

I tried the buy online, pickup in store option for the first time. Loved it. It was easier and quicker to find what I wanted by just typing it in and then choosing from the results. I'll probably use this method frequently.

It was okay. We had to get diabetic food for the first time and tried to order it online. It was just easier to go in for that because the whole prescription thing. I think once its on file though it will be easier to order online in the future! Petsmart is my favorite pet store they always have the biggest selection of what I need.
