We take our 7 month old lab mix dog here. Our Zoe loves them. The Dr is really great with our girl. Very thorough talks to us so we understand everything. We also groom and board our dog here. Always friendly and happy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to take their pet.
Avoid if you care about your pets. Would you trust a place that 1. Doesn’t allow you to go inside with your pet 2. Doctor doesn’t even come out to then talk to you. Cat had fur ball stuck in his throat. Doctor said he thinks cat has a cold and may need antibiotics. I went to a farm store, got recommended some some jelly to help with fur ball and within a day the cat was back to good! Also all the rest of the staff comes out except for the doctor. Was very weird.
Our three doggies have gotten exceptional care at Auburn Veterinary Hospital. The atmosphere is warm, caring and welcoming from reception to completing appointments. We highly recommend.
Always saving my animals one paw at a time. I've been coming here about 3 yrs. They are not the most inexpensive place but, you get the quality you pay for. Never have left here unhappy with vet care.
The staff at this clinic are so nice, and fully address my concerns/questions without brushing me off or making it seem like they don’t have time for me. Dr. Jow is also so nice, you can tell he really cares and is compassionate. Really took the time to chat with me about my cat’s lab results and explain everything and sympathize with what’s going on with her. Highly recommend!
