The ladies at the front was wonderful and crazy funny. Love them. The doctor was very good. This was my frist visit and he took care of everything I ask about. My little girl is 5months old and got everything she needed and got her set up for surgery.told me every thing I needed to know and prices.nThe ladies where great setting everything up for us. Right onn.

We took our dog Lady (my son's dog) into NBAC today to get her rabies shot. The ladies at the reception were very nice, helpful and kind to Lady and my son. We didn't have to wait long at all for the Vet who I think may be related to the Dog Whisperer as he was able to clip her nails and give her the shot with no crying! We are so grateful for a wonderful experience and will come back in the future whenever we are in town.

Very pleased with everything being handled so professionally and informing me step by step on the treatment plan for MiniMax. Feel their plan is great and has relieved my mind so I can sleep tonight!!! Picked a much improved cat today. He looks and acts like a new animal. Highest praise for Dr. Bracket and his staff!!!

Dr. Brackett was spot on with the diagnosis, and showed professionalism and concern. Office staff (Judy and Ashley) responded to our requests and showed compassion to our Tigger. We feel like we are in good hands.

Absolutely horrible service! I was Almost in tears on the phone for my animal who wasn’t getting up! They kept telling me to hold no matter the urgency. I waited and they wouldn’t pickup I understand they’re busy but all I needed was their times so I could rush my pet in because I was getting different times on google, COVID has made changes to everything confusing! The lady was very rude when she finally answered and wouldn’t allow me to speak to the clinic owner or vet. She had 0 Sympathy only wanted to prove her point in how she had the control over my situation and stand over me. I’ve never seen this behavior at a vet practice in my life. She had a very cocky sneering Attitude.
