Cascade Memorial Cremation and Burial

I really don't have the words all I can do is chipper jabber at times like this you thank you can't think. Just stays in the sky and kind of feel lost. Hopeless, empty confused and really don't know what to do. From the day that our father he was a brother a husband a friend a protector a provider comforter and so much more. But Cascade memorial came in the day of and held our hand and said we will help you with anything and everything you need. All we want you to do is just concentrate on your family and it's okay to mourn. We went down to Cascade memorial they laid everything out for us made it very simple we didn't stress about anything they took care of everything. Then I want to say thank you from the bottom of all of our hearts from the Draper family. Thank you for holding our hands and wiping our tears and comforting us. I will recommend you forever. We were referred to Cascade by Evergreen Hospice and were not steered wrong. We received communications from Rhonda every step of the way to make sure of our wishes. By now we have dealt with 3 different funeral homes for family, and Cascade was the best. We have never had a group try so hard to reach an estranged brother to deliver the news of our loss. We were very impressed.

Rhonda and Robin were great with their care of my mother-in-law's remains and very helpful with any questions we had. The death of my father was fairly sudden with only a few days to understand the severity and inevitability of his condition. Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue provided a comprehensive packet which included a listing of funeral homes. When speaking with Overlake to make arrangements it was very clear that the staff knew Cascade memorial as families regularly engaged Cascade Memorial for their deceased loved ones so to me it seemed a very appropriate company to contact. Only a few moments into my initial conversation it was quite clear the Cascade had a simple approach with clear communication. I then called several other funeral homes for comparison but did not receive as clear of information and nowhere near the pricing. It seemed a clear decision so my family and I proceeded to engage Cascade. Another call and I was quickly directed to their website and while still on the phone, was walked through the entire process. Every question I had was answered and conformed to some of my knowledge of the laws governing funeral home services. We only requested simple cremation and there was no pressure whatsoever to increase the service or up-sell any accessories such and the urn. The pricing was clear, including the possibility of increased price if the weight was above 300 lbs, and they had almost the best price I had found. It was a truly fantastic experience given the overwhelming nature of planning for the cremation of a family member. My sister and I were shocked when we received the call that the ashes were ready as it had only been 5 days(including a weekend) since we made the arrangements with Cascade Memorial and a total of 10 days after my father’s death. It was such a relief to have the matter done so quickly and simply. Thank you so much!
