Flowers By Chi

I’ve only had good experiences from Flowers by Chi. I’ve noticed people complaining about how their product doesn’t match what they get in person but the website states some flowers may be changed depending on season. I’ve gotten my best friend graduation flowers, another friend birthday flowers, and my mom Mother’s Day flowers. All were super pretty!

Ordered 2 beautiful flower arrangements and everybody is impressed by how beautiful they turned out.

Very disappointed in this company, I honestly was not going to write a review but since their customer service email is not working I feel the need to do so. I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement for my mother, and I know I ordered it late but if they were not able to provide the product I asked for then say NO, and I will go somewhere else. I wanted a really beautiful arrangement, and what was delivered was just OK. Look at the pictures and you can see for yourself. I definitely learned my lesson, I will not be ordering from them again. Be weary of ordering online.

They totally saved my bacon at the last minute. I'm counting on them from now on.nnIn the COVID era, not only did this establishment deliver on a past order (April 18th 2020), they delivered a beautiful arrangement, to my side requests (please, can the lillies be pink?). I feel like they were almost aggresive in their desire to meet my needs. I would have taken anything they had, I'm not gonna lie. It was my gf's birthday that very day. And they darn well delivered. That day. A lot of the flowers, enough of them to make the arrangement beautiful, were wide open. The arrangement was so gorgeous that she culled the dying flowers and still encouraged the opening of the un-opened flowers. The arangement was so amazing that I started questioning if she loved me, or just loved the flowers.nnWell, be that as it may, I just ordered another arrangement to be delivered for no reason whatsoever (it's COVID season, we're all home bound, get some color in your life for goodness sake). I'll post the pictures. I'm pledging this now (they're not even open) because I know they'll deliver beautifully.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my granddaughter for her graduation.. and when it was delivered it didn’t look anything like the advertisement. Different flowers, the whole thing was a disaster. I called to complain and the owner told me she would go get it and take the charge off my credit card. But she would not replace it. Leaving my granddaughter without a flower arrangement.. I do not recommend this flower shop. Very disappointing.
