Hiawassee & Clarcona Ocoee Pet Hospital

Out of the 4 initial places I've brought my dog this vet's office has been the best and I haven't changed since. The staff is inviting and professional. The prices are reasonable in comparison to others. I pray they keep it this way. They've even provided a beautiful credit card type ID with my dog's shot record printed on it that I keep in my wallet which amazes everyone that see it. I am truly pleased and I love this establishment.

The staff were all friendly and apologetic for the long wait. I appreciated how each person took their time to explain things clearly and the next steps. Gisbel was also very impressive. I appreciated her coming into the waiting room and letting me know that my pup was next and someone would be in shortly. That customer service was awesome. Sometimes people will get busy and forget you're there but she made sure to remind me that they did not forget about us. Thank you all for your time even though it was a busy day. You all did your best and remained professional.

Call today and they attended my dog today, the first time I visit. the receptionist Gisbel, nurses (They were 3 different, I did not notice the names) but they were very kind to my baby shyla ,and the doctor Hyatt were very attentive, cordial, kind and explain everything in detail. The place is very clean. customer service exceeds 5 stars. I will recommend this vet 100%. I have visited many vet and honestly this is the best that I have felt comfortable with the service. I will return again to bring my other two dogs , thanks.

Care was great. Front desk amazing. Only down side was waited 40 min after apt time to get a room. They could have been dealing with other emergencies so take that wait time with a grain of salt.

Wonderful staff! The vet was so great, the tech was knowledgeable, and the receptionists were very kind. Our dogs loved it here!
