I came in with my dog Alvin (Westie)as an emergency even with no appointment on a Saturday. The Manager Gianca is Very Attentive and Loves her Job. They answered the phone and pretended not to hear me because I spoke in English.nnI called from three different numbers and the lady responded to me in Spanish, when I started off in Spanish she heard me fine swapped to English she kept repeating Hello like she couldn’t hear me. Extremely frustrating. Not having a bilingual receptionist is hurting your business.nnMy spouse does speak Spanish fluently but with that level unprofessional behavior we’ll take our business elsewhere.

These guys went above and beyond last minute to get my dog the vaccines, export papers, and health check she needed as we passed through Miami. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a vet and they're USDA certified. They were kind, reassuring, great with my dog, and she actually had a good time!
