Banfield Pet Hospital

This pet hospital is a scam! They are out to up sell you products!!!, based on the emotional and loving connections we all shared with our pets as pet owners. My dog Yeti was diagnosed with a skin condition. The doctor Karen Fernandez gave me two treatment options depending on the severity of the condition of my pet. Its obvious that he has a bad case of the condition and this scam artis had the audacity of giving him the first mild treatment when he should of gotten the strong treatment rightnof the bat!!!!nI don't know about you pet owners out there but thats called up selling and malpractice. Now they want to run test which of course is not cover by the plan to then give him the medication he should of gotten from the start. Unbelievable!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Took my dog in to evaluate his quality of life (he was clearly uncomfortable and not doing well, but I trusted their opinion) they told me he was fine. My dog died 3 weeks later. Horrible doctors and costumer service. I wouldn’t trust them.

the staff are so nice & so helpful! ❤ the hospital/clinic is located inside the petsmart. It is so clean & so nice. Also, They have packages for Pets so for those on a budget, it isnt very expensive how I thought it was going to be. So recommend!

took our dog to get a general checkup prior to a teeth cleaning, front desk was advised twice once over the phone and once when we dropped him off the he had his rabies and yearly shot in august of this year. seems like this person didn't advise the vet/staff in the back and my poor dog was re-administered those vaccines because of the lack of communication between the staff. they should be writing things down when pet owners advise them of something specifically in regards to the vaccines. now my poor dog will be in pain due to those vaccines he shouldn't have received and hopefully he has NO adverse reactions to their lack of communication. will be rethinking of taking my pet to this location for any future procedures.

Dr. Karen Fernandez is very compassionate and caring to her patients. Eve lights up when she goes for her visits. I feel comfortable leaving Eve in the care of Dr. Fernandez and her team . They're worth the cost of admission!!!
