Amazing group went above and beyond to get my spouses ashes expedited during the Christmas holidays and did a wonderful job helping with all of the arrangements between the hospital and the funeral home. Has great communication skills and was able to get the necessary documents from outside of the country to do all of the necessary functions. Amazing team they work well together and provide excellent customer service and are very courteous and understanding. Everyone is very comforting and loving on you during this most difficult time. If you ever have To use this service such as this during a time please consider this company and they are amazing.
Excellent service provided to my family with everything, thanks for all the help they gave us with the funeral service and the repatriation to Mexico of the ashes of my dad, thanks to Enzo Alzerreca and Fredy Muñoz for all their help, they always had an attention great making my family feel like yours, there is nothing but words of thanks for Naser group!
In January 2004 I had the fortune to meet this prestigious group as well as the staff that since then has assisted me both in the USA and in Mexico It was until October 2019 and February 2021 that I made use of their services which I recommend to all since They have the seriousness, respect, responsibility, professionalism and kindness in the most difficult moments.
