I don’t even know how this company is as successful as it is with all the terrible reviews. Every step of the process was poorly serviced and sketchy business. First I placed my order over the phone thinking if I speak with someone I could be more confident on the order placed. They tried to charge me $40 more than the online price of the total order, without reason btw. Then I get a call 1 day after it was supposed to be delivered, at 7in the morning, asking me if it was delivered... “Shouldn’t you be able to tell me that?” I asked. The flowers were sent to Germany. I’m in the states. “We’ll I’m calling to tell you there was an issue with delivery.”... Sketchy. Knew it wasn’t delivered, why not just say that? I say no problem, cancel order. Then had to call back 3 times to actually get a refund. Then, I receive only a partial refund for 1 bouquet/2 orders. The total was over $150. The refund was for 64. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Terrible terrible terrible TERRIBLE service.
HORRIBLE BUSINESS! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.nI made an order 2 days ago for the flowers to be delivered on today. The email said the items would be delivered between the hours of 9am - 8pm. Around 6pm I got the email with the “delivered”. I got to my house and asked my family and nothing was delivered, immediately I called the 1800 number and explained my issue that it was 6:30pm on the supposed day of delivery and I still had not gotten what I paid for. The woman placed me on hold for a couple of minutes and told me that the driver was on her way. It is now 8:10pm and the delivery is not delivered yet. I called back and I spoke to a guy this time, according to him the delivery was now going to be delivered tomorrow. I cancelled the order and I am expecting my money back the latest on Tuesday. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE.
I don’t know why I didn’t verify reviews before ordering. I placed an order a week and a half in advance to arrive February 12th because my spouse works on Valentine’s Day and we decided to celebrate before. The window of delivery was until 8pm. When the time came and my order didn’t arrive I contacted customer service where I was told that deliveries for Valentine’s Day (and the days before apparently) are not guaranteed and the earliest they could get me the delivery would be February 18th!?? I was extremely disappointed to say the least and will never order from here again. Why would you ask a customer for a delivery date and promote Valentine’s Day arrangements if the delivery dates are approximate??? This is just bad business.
After so many disappointments with the quality of their products, recently I was charged with an order that I didn't make. You can work badly, but steal!!!!!!?????
I ordered flowers for my mother for Mothers Day. The Delivery came on time, however, the flowers were completely wilted beyond revival. I called and raised a complaint. They have a smile guarantee policy, so they sent a replacement. It took two weeks for the replacement to arrive and the base had chattered in the box. The package have very little protection for the ceramic vase which cause shards to cut the flowers and she receive dead flowers yet again. I called and their response was to offer me 20% off a future purchase and a partial refund. When I asked how much a partial refund would be, they said it would be 50% because they had sent the flowers and they have to pay for the expenses. While I understand having to pay expenses, that is the cost of doing business and when you ship flowers, you need to know how to do so. A company as large as this one, you would expect them to know how to properly ship flowers in order for the customer to receive them while they are still alive. Poor customer service and I will not be ordering from them again.
