Let me say that this place does not disappoint! They take great care of snoop!nFlexibility is communication makes it very easy to get things done, appointments scheduled, records review even payments!nI wish they had a bigger campus, one with an outdoor space.

Very caring staff. Veterinary doctors are very helpful and really care about the pets they are treating. They constantly check in with the owners to make sure all is going well. Deciding to switch from my previous vet to these guys (for both of my animals) was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

We have used them twice before it has never been a super great customer's experience but today was just unbelievable.nAfter the last visit we scheduled the next grooming, which was today. They gave us a card with the appointment on it.nWe showed up, because of covid you have to call when you arrive which we did. They didn't pick up.nAfter standing in front of the door for 20 minutes someone finally came out. She said that their system got messed up 2 weeks ago and that our dog didn't have an appointment today and they couldn't take him.nWe asked to reschedule, her answer was I don't have time to help you.nBack home, we tried to call, they aren't picking up the phone.nI guess obviously they aren't hurting to get any business but there are ways to handle such a situation nicely which they have no clue about. Clearly they don't care about their customers.

We've been using Wagly for a few years now. While I'm personally very happy with the grooming staff, the vet services leave a lot to be desired. Constantly rotating staff, with an intern-like feel. Seems a new doctor has to aquaint themselves every time we go. I will be searching cancelling our contract when it comes to an end and looking for other vet services.

Wagly has a great staff, great facilities and great canine friends for my little girl puppy (she's 3 and 80 lbs, but still my puppy!)
