They are great at taking your money for easy check ups but when you actually need them for an emergency they tell you to go somewhere else or it will be days before they see you.nAbsolutely horrible!! I wish I could give them zero stars!!

I had good experience with the office before the pandemic. Not sure what happened with the office lately. They used to send me emails, call and leave a voice message to remind me of my appointments for the past few years. Interestingly, they didn’t send me any reminders of my upcoming appointment for 2 consecutive times lately. I normally schedule my appointment at least 1-2 months ahead of time, and not keeping track of them very closely. I am counting on office’s reminder as appointment get close. Now I am thinking about switching to another vet who at least send out reminders.

They weren't really very friendly. Most medical facilities attempt to treat you like family. I asked them 3 times to make sure my dog's chip was updated with my information and when I was done there it hadn't been done. I had to bring my dog back another day and call ahead for social distancing. I really wasn't impressed or happy with them at all.

Dr. Ritchie and the other doctors and staff at Companion Animal Hospital have been caring for our dogs and cats for almost 22 years. We have been completely satisfied and couldn’t ask for a better partner for our pet’s health. They truly care about their customers and patients and it shows. Scheduling appointments is easy and flexible with their generous office hours and follow up calls from Companion after seeing the doctors is common as they check up on their patients and answer any questions. We have boarded our dog a few times and she enjoyed her time there and all of the extra attention she received. I highly recommend Companion Animal Hospital for your four-legged family member.
