Cat Care Clinic

Dr. Neale and the staff of Cat Care Clinic are amazing! We brought in our recently adopted kitty who had an infection from the shelter and they accomodated to the urgency and took such good care of our baby boy!nJust as we got home from the clinic he was already in a more awake, playful and active way than ever even as he’s wearing a cone!nEveryone at the clinic was kind, professional, kept us informed of the process and gave us updates about the progress of our kitty which we appreciated greatly.nWe absolutely recommend Cat Care Clinic and we’re glad they were our first (and from now on our only) option for top care of our cat.nThank you, thank you, thank you!

Seattle area has no shortage of pet clinics, but in my experience, Cat Care Clinic has been a true gem.nnMy cat was a senior cat who got resistant and wiggly when it came to vet visits. They have been very patient and gentle with her. Not only that, Dr. Alex has always been caring, thoughtful, and timely when explaining her medical concerns to me. The technicians and receptionists are also responsive and helpful. The PetDesk app is easy to use. In my opinion, the pricing is reasonable, and you can redeem points for discounts as well.nnUnfortunately, my kitty's condition worsened through no fault of the clinic's. After I received her ashes, I was truly touched to get a handwritten card and hand-drawn picture of my late kitty. It was comforting to know she had been taken care by a caring, technical, and emphatic team until the end.nnThe only downside is now I have moved further away from the clinic, so taking my future cats here would be a longer drive.

Our 11week old kitten received wonderful care from Dr Foss and the entire staff at the clinic. Dr Foss spent a great amount of time answering our questions and addressing our concerns. The entire staff were helpful, professional, and kind. We would highly recommend the Cat Care Clinic in Bellevue.

We have had nothing but positive experiences with this vet!nWhen we're unsure if we should bring our kitten in, they ask us informed questions over the phone to determine the urgency.nThe curbside drop-off makes us feel safe, and the vet calling us with an update is always happy to answer all the questions we've had.nOur kitten has been well-taken-care of, with concise instructions given over phone and by email for care.

My cat injured her eye and this clinic was able to get me in right away. Staff was prompt and professional. I appreciate that they weren't pushy about recommended extra care and let me make the best choices for my budget. Very friendly office staff. Overall a great experience during a stressful time.
