I had a snafu with another florist with a delayed delivery. I called Suntree Florist and spoke to Richard. I explained my situation and he said he would take care of it. He sent me several pictures of some arrangements and I chose one. Within an hour, Richard delivered the flowers to my wife. She was blown away. I greatly appreciate Richard's level of customer service and he completely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Suntree Florist for all of your floral needs and will happily use them again in the future. Thanks again Richard for helping me out.
Same day delivery. My friend called me and said they were the most beautiful flower arrangement she had ever seen. She described it exactly like the picture on the website. Really good price compared to other local florists. Very Satisfied!
I called at 5:15 from Michigan and spoke with the owner about sending sympathy flowers. He sent me photos of arrangements that were available immediately. I chose one, paid and the flowers arrived at their destination in less than 45 minutes! Best customer service in town! My sister in law was thrilled with the flowers and said that Suntree is known as the premier flower shop in town. I will definitely use this shop again!!
Great customer service!! Called last minute to have Valentine’s Day roses delivered to my parents and the owner, Richard made it possible and took my order and personally delivered the arrangements to my parents home himself. Definitely would recommend Suntree Florist to all of my family and friends.
Ordered flowers through Rita’s Flowers (which I wouldn’t recommend) and I couldn’t get a hold of them so I called Suntree Flower Shop to do a new order and then hope for a refund from Rita’s since I only saw the reviews after purchasing. I spoke with Richard who recognized my new order to the store as the same that was actually sent in from Rita’s that I originally made! He scheduled my refund on the second order and already had the first order completed and ready for delivery. Great customer service and appreciate his helpful nature. Have no idea what the flowers look like yet but if it’s anything like the customer service then I’m sure they’ll be gorgeous
