I was so disappointed when I showed up on Saturday to pick up 4 $45.00 arrangements for my husbands birthday dinner party. Not only were they not made, but the order slip had been printed wrong and nothing had been ordered to make the arrangements that I had ordered. The manager did throw together 4 arrangements with very little flowers to work with and they then delivered them, but I never received any type of refund or discount. The arrangements were okay... but not anything like I had wanted. Unfortunately, due to the lack of customer service and offering to make it right in some other way... I will not be ordering from them again.
My wife and I have been buying our flowers from Inbloom for as long as we can remember and have always been delighted with the quality of flowers and the arrangements. We can always trust Lili to get it 'just right' in terms of theme and price.nnWe love her and we love her shop.
We are always very impressed by their beautiful flower arrangements. The customer service is impeccable and their arrangements last over a week. In Bloom is the best flower shop in Melbourne.
This shop took great care of my order - hat's off to a LOCAL BUSINESS... I never call those scamming 800 flower marketing companies becuase they are a rip off, but a LOCAL SHOP like this will always take great care of you.
