Beautiful place for dogs to stay and play. The staff is truly caring for everyone. My two dogs have been boarded here several times. The new renovations have made it even better. I highly recommend this dog sitting and board facility.
Pet Paradise has been an amazing experience for my dog. He can be pretty hyper and he has separation anxiety. Both of these are alleviated if I take him in to Pet Paradise weekly. I did the mid-tier subscription through the vet services and they are wonderful! They personalized an anxiety plan for him and always hear me out on what I have to say. This tier also means that daycare only costs $20 per day which is amazing!
Took my dog Maddie to pet boarding there. We had been there many times with no issue. Although last couple times they keep forgetting to do services like forever connect or bathing. We just picked up my dog this past Monday 1/25 and the associate said “she ate a lot”. Something we find unusual cause she does not eat when we are not around. Since we are a long standing customer we ask them to put in the chart she only gets dry food cause of food intolerance. So when the associate said this we found it unusual. Since picking my dog up she vomit twice and still having multiple diarrhea every 2-3 hours everyday. We are fasting her now and might have to take her to vet costing hundreds of dollars..
Scheduled a day camp for my 3 dogs, and it was Free!! They call it a get acquainted day. And their hours were perfect for what I needed. My boys were happy when we picked them up! Even received a report card on my dogs..I will definitely be back, as we take a lot of day trips...ud83dudc4dud83cudffb
Awesome groom service, great correspondence with the groomer prier to starting to gain understanding of my expectations.
