VCA on Little Creek is like family. They are empathetic and compassionate. They give you direct, honest feedback about what is best for your furry family member. They even let me know that using a certain surgeon located elsewhere would save me money. I can't say enough about Dr. Thompson, Lorraine, and the rest of the staff there. I recommend them to family members, friends, and even strangers when the topic of veterinary care comes up.

In-law's dog has been treated here. They seem busy to the point that they are disorganized and not really on top of things. They did a proper diagnosis but have trouble communicating and following through with call backs. Also, their initial visit was cheap, but after that, the price shot way up.nThey also casually show up during their opening hours and are not actually open at the time listed. They told us the pet was ready to be picked up 30 minutes prior to them closing.nnTo summarize, they are a good place over all to take your pet, but expect to have to wait around on them a bit, and be ready for a lack of communication/disorganization.

I didnt have an appointment but they got my dog in quickly as a walk in between appointments. The vet was very thorough and commutative about what was going on with my dog and made sure i understood the steps that we need to take moving forward. Very appreciative of the phone calls i have received after my dogs appointment checking on him.

They were excellent with my baby Shelby. Will be going back in the future. Thank you
