The Dog & Cat Hospital in Ghent has been our family choice now for over three years. The experience we have is always that of complete care. On the phone we are treated with patience and compassion. They understand how much we love our pets. They have lots of helpful information and guidance from an adept veterinary perspective. After we have been there, every time, we feel that they have cared for our pets as family. I highly recommend them.
We took our dog in for treatment and were so happy to see her bound out of the office when they were done.... Then we had a concern that she had hurt herself and we called the office and were prompley respond to. They took her back to check her out, no worries as it turns out but they took the time to make us feel better and safer. The techs and Doctors are great!!!!
My wonderful and long-time Vet and friend, Dr Hallstrom retired. I was devastated. My kitty still needed attention, was able to easily make an appointment. All goes well with the pick-up and delivery back from the back lot. Parking is a challenge. Be patient. TIP: find out cost in advance — include info or check when pet goes in for service. Saves time and work for hard-working employees.
Dog & Cat is tried and true!! Never have I been disappointed in my visit, being just a yearly physical or surgery. My pups have always had great care, treated with respect, and anything/everything is clearly explained before you leave. Simply the bestud83dudc4d
The staff was very courteous and helpful. My dog was very scared and they were patient and understanding. Dr. Frick explained her findings and gave me helpful suggestions. The whole process, in the parking lot, is a little confusing, nut so very necessary during this time. I actually like it better than waiting inside. I am grateful to have this option in order to keep my dog healthy! I love the online pharmacy too.
