I want to thank Dr. Gooding and his amazing staff for taking such great care to my rescue cat Onyx. He recently had surgery not only did they keep me posted they kept Onyx most of the day to ensure he recovered with no issues. I will NEVER be bringing any of my pets here again. I called trying to get my dog seen and the receptionist was nothing but rude and belittling. I work in customer service so I tried to have patience with her which only led me to be hung up on. Being a worried dog mom, that was the last thing I needed. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with her being rude, but I tried to brush the other times off thinking maybe they were just bad days but I’m starting to think maybe it’s a bad receptionist. My patience with them has ran out and sadly will have to find a new primary vet for my dog.
My family has been going to Pembroke Animal Hospital since I was a teenager. They got one adopted dog through heart worms. They have always been great with our dogs and I recommend them to everyone. They are very caring when you have to put an animal down. The prices are better than other vets in this area.
