I’ve ordered from Mercer Island Florist many times. They are extremely reliable. They have always delivered on time. And if there’s a single flower in the online photo of your bouquet that’s not fresh enough that day, they will call you to see if a substitution is okay. They truly make customer service and satisfaction their top priority.
Ordered flowers for same day delivery and they were beautiful! Nicest staff ever- called to tell me about substitutions that needed to be made since I was asking for same day delivery, and I think the arrangement looked more beautiful! Very, very pleased and will definitely order again since so many family members live on Mercer Island and Bellevue.

A great first experience with MI Florist! I sent my parents flowers for their anniversary and picked them out on a Thursday. They were delivered the next day, early afternoon, fresh, full, and exactly like pictured. They even called me to let me know they had to switch a type of flower but it was the same color. Something I didn’t mind at all but thought it was nice that they called as some people may be picky about that sort of thing. My parents loved the flowers!
